Refund policy

Returns
Unused skins in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email Jigskinzteam@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.

Wrong size? We'll swap it free
If a skin doesn't fit your lure, email Jigskinzteam@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the lure next to a ruler. We'll send the right size at no charge, and you don't need to return the original. One free size swap per order.

Defective or wrong items
JigSkinz are warrantied against manufacturer defects. If a skin arrives defective, or we sent the wrong pattern or size, email Jigskinzteam@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Not covered
Skins that have been installed or shrunk, or damaged by heat, sunlight or installation error, can't be returned or refunded. Temperatures above 280°F will damage the skin.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
