Blue Glow Mackerel Lure Skins

Give a lure a mackerel pattern that glows blue in the dark, in under 60 seconds. The entire sleeve glows. Slip the skin over the lure and dip it in boiling water; it shrinks tight to the shape. No need to remove hooks or hardware.

Install: Cut the skin to length if needed, slip it over the lure with the hardware on, then dip in boiling water until it shrinks tight. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight until use; temperatures above 280°F will damage the skin.
