Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Contact us for international shipping.

Shipping rates
Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $6.95.

Processing and delivery
Orders ship from North Charleston, South Carolina within 3 business days via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email Jigskinzteam@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Email Jigskinzteam@gmail.com right away if you need to change it. We can't redirect an order once it has shipped.
